Easy Samosas

 Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup luke warm water

Mix ingredients and knead for one minute, let it rest for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile... prepare your filling:
3 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed.
In a sauce pan, heat oil and fry potatoes with 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp coriander and 1 tsp cumin. I added some chili powder because I like heat. Add in 1/2 cup of peas. Stir fry for a couple minutes.
Divide dough into 4 balls, then divide each 4 balls into thirds.
Roll to flatten and form this cone like shape. Spoon 2 teaspoonfuls into a cone and fold to seal edges.
Oddly shaped, try to keep them similar :P
Deep fry until golden. About a minute and a half.
